Don't miss your opportunity to get an affordable physical.

Athletic Physicals will be offered May 14th at Chesterfield Ruby Middle school for all High School Athletes. The time slot for high school athletes begins at 6:00. Cost will be $20. All football players will be given forms prior to the day of the physical and will need to be filled out by the day of the physical.
