We will practice the rest of the week at 3:15.  Hopefully, Mother Nature will play nice, and we can practice outside.  It is crunch time, since Saturday we go to Columbia for the state qualifier.  It is actually the first of two state meets, because the upper and lower will be qualifying at the same time on the same course.  Anyway, it will take place Saturday at the Sandhills Research Center in Columbia.  The gentlemen will run at 11:00 a.m., and the ladies will run at 11:30 a.m..  The bus will be pulling out of the high school at 8:30 a.m. in the morning.
